The Chelyabinsk Region Exhibition Pavilion in Azerbaijan continues its operations in December, aimed at developing mutually beneficial trade and economic cooperation. On December 8, 2023, the Pavilion in Baku marked the conclusion of the second business visit of Chelyabinsk Region companies. From December 6 to 8, numerous meetings and negotiations took place both inside and outside the Pavilion, involving representatives from Chelyabinsk and Azerbaijan interested in collaboration.
During this second business visit, accompanied by Ruslan Mirsayapov, the Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in Azerbaijan, the Pavilion was visited by Mikhail Evdokimov, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Azerbaijan. Notably, the business meeting also included Nurie Guliev, the head of the Russian Export Center's office, and Eldar Tlyabichev, Representative of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development in Azerbaijan.
Visitors to the Pavilion were thoroughly acquainted with the exhibits and presentations of Chelyabinsk enterprises. They inquired about the products of Chelyabinsk companies, the progress of their negotiations with local entrepreneurs, and the Pavilion's operational plans. The current exhibition will be displayed at the Chelyabinsk Region Exhibition Pavilion until the end of the year.
The next set of Chelyabinsk companies will present their products in January and operate in Baku until April 2024. Regular meetings and negotiations between interested business representatives from Chelyabinsk Region and Azerbaijan will be held at the Pavilion. The Pavilion plans to update the companies from the Southern Urals every 3-4 months.
Overall, from October 30 to December 26, 2023, 12 diverse companies from the Chelyabinsk Region were actively presented and promoted in the local market at the Exhibition Pavilion. The list of exhibitors includes enterprises from machinery, metallurgy, chemical and petrochemical industries, construction materials, food and processing industries, healthcare, high technology, and various service sectors.
